I don't know if the world or America is going mad or if I am mad! But as we head into the 22nd century I wonder why most of the pain dealing with some critical problems are aimed at the middle class!
You can't hit the poor, they have nothing else to give. You can't hit the rich they have too much too lose and so we middle class get fucked!
It amazes me that we are a country that sits back and takes shit from our leaders. We just changed governement to address fiscal responsibility and work together for our properity. And what to they do:
Hold the country hostahe.
Go on vacation while resolving nothing
Accomplish very little since we changed congress
Get paid lots of money for little work
Get the best insurance money can provide, but it's our money
Doe anyone wonder hy one would spend millions of dollars for a job that pays 200k or so a year. American's/World get youre head out of youre ass and thow these idiots out. Worse come to worse let's put leaders maybe like our school teachers that get paid shit in charge and maybe just maybe we can get something done!

Pride colors on Fathers Day
Red; a reminder of those that led the way for fathers to be equal.
Orange; my favorite color and a reminder life and being a father can be bright as an orange sun if you are true to yourself and you’re children
Yellow; fathers are always cautious if his children accept him and love him for being who he is!
Green; the feeling a father has, if he runs life his way and is true to himself and his children.
Blue; the feelings a father has when he misses the children he loves.
Purple; the mark left in a father’s heart after so much pain from missing his children.
Pink; most have forgotten pink, it should be a reminder to our children their father is special and represents the best qualities in our culture.
Happy Fathers Day!

Its June, are you full of Pride?
President Clinton during his administration declared June as Pride Month! Not that I believe we need a month to be proud who we are, but neither do we need Black History Month (February), Secretary's day etc. I don't believe days or months are needed to appreciate who or what we are, never mind what we do to contribute to society.
However humans feel good when they celebrate something. They even feel better if they choose a cause to celebrate. Sometimes for good reasons, like reminders of a struggle be who we are and what we are. Black, Gay, White, Muslim, and I can go on and on!
So June is Pride month! Mainly aimed at the gay community but PRIDE effects us all! Diversity is something we should all be proud of. Accepting a people for who they are and what they believe is American. I know the religious right (tend to be republicans) wish different, but maybe they could become mainstream if we gave them a month or two to celebrate being a right religious republicans who think they have country in mind but actually have a personal agenda!
So it's time to get our beads out, our colorful flags (including pink) our multi colored hats and if you can support your local Pride events. They are fun, you get some good free stuff and you meet people who share your feelings, thoughts and views. (Even some hard right wind republicans join the fun, though they are with loud horns and huge signs, we nevertheless tolerate the bigotry.
Everyone is welcomed to celebrate who I and maybe you are, a proud American! A dad with two beautiful children! A man married to a wonderful man who makes me happy everyday! An x husband of a woman I hurt but together we had 22 years that had some fun good times. A manager that mentored many of youngins that have made me proud! A human being made in the creator’s image, so I am told! A young boy, who became a contributing member of society not a burden!
Yes PROUD TO BE GAY!

In search of happiness; In search of beauty!
I chose this subject for one has nothing to do with the other! There is no proven fact that if you’re beautiful, by default you’re happy! History alone shows us by many examples that are not the case. Actually for biblical people this is the fact right from creation!
So one has to ask why people spend their lives looking for beauty to be happy. Well the following after 50 + years on earth is my view on this subject!
I can point the finger right where it belongs, but I am going to make a general statement that everyone has a role in making people feel beautiful and thereby happy. It's not that you’re happy if you’re beautiful, it's that you’re beautiful if you’re happy! Primarily PARENTS have this responsibility to make their children feel happy! Society (media), Teachers and friends all play a pivotal role. However if your home your parents aren't telling you that your a beautiful person, changes are you won’t grow up ever being happy. Of course there are exceptions but overall this statement is accurate.
Happiness comes from within not from without. The gyms are full of unhappy people trying to get their bodies just right to feel a moment of happiness sometimes through pleasure. There are billions if not trillions spend to make people feel and look beautiful. However suicides are at an all time high in our generation so it's obvious that these don’t work.
Some people escape through drugs or sometimes any other means to feel so called "happiness" without being successful! There are books and shows that attack this issue to no avail.
The bottom line is very simple! If you’re a parent tell your children today and everyday they are beautiful! The creator does not make ugly people "we humans do"! If you’re a friend highlight the beauty in your friends, Looks, actions etc. If you’re a teacher, teach that everyone is beautiful in their own special way! If your a father tell your daughter and if your mother tell your son!
To this day my mother squeezes my checks and tells me how handsome I am. I see the glow in her eyes and how proud she is of us three kids now adults. I pick on my mother for being the middle child and somehow left behind. This is just a life long play with my mother. What she does not realize is that all my life with all my major issues I always felt beautiful! She made sure from birth I had that nurtured in me and so to my mother and all mothers and fathers I dedicate this! Please today tell your children they are beautiful, hug them and look them in the eye so that they don’t spend their entire life in search of happiness because it already exists!
To my mother!
